O que vestir na expedição
É preciso pensar em roupas para dormir e para as caminhadas, as primeiras serão utilizadas todos os dias e devem ser guardadas separadamente. As utilizadas durante o dia podem molhar e, se isso acontecer, provavelmente não irão secar. Por isso é importante reservar um local separado na mochila. Prefira roupas que não deixem o calor escapar quando fechadas e não são quentes quando abertas como um corta-vento (fundamental) e fleece com fecho por cima da camiseta.
1 calça-bermuda
São duas peças em uma, é flexível, não pesa e seca no corpo. Quando esquentar ou ao atravessar rios pode tirar as pernas e usar como bermuda. Usei uma da marca Conquista e gostei muito. Achei que ela iria rasgar em diversos momentos, mas aguentou firme e segue sendo bastante utilizada.
1 calça para dormir
Usar uma segunda pele é uma ótima opção, é leve, pequena e esquenta mais. Além de confortável para dormir e ficar no acampamento.
1 blusa segunda pele
Da mesma forma que a calça, pode vestir para dormir ou usar no acampamento. Levei a blusa e calça X-Thermo da Solo.
Roupas íntimas
Leve pelo menos uma para cada dia, se pegar dias chuvosos não vai conseguir lavar, pois não irá secar.
5 camisetas
Uma ou duas podem ser de manga comprida. Mesclar entre algodão e sintético. Sendo o primeiro material melhor para dormir e o outro para as trilhas. Camisetas dry fit deixam o corpo respirar, secam rápido e algumas são muito leves. Nos trajetos por mata fechada a camiseta manga longa evita arranhões, queimaduras de sol e mosquitos. Levei marcas variadas como Puma, Adidas e Conquista, essa última (modelo Dry Cool) tem a vantagem de ser contra odores e funcionou bem nos 3 dias que não tive coragem de tomar banho de rio gelado. Eu levei 4 camisetas.
1 agasalho fleece grosso
Fleece esquenta mais que blusão de lã, é mais leve e seca rápido. Quando fechado não deixa o calor do corpo sair e quando fica quente demais, com a atividade física, basta abrir o fecho para o ar circular.
1 agasalho corta-vento
Peça fundamental em toda viagem de aventura outdoor. Na maioria das vezes a sensação de frio é pelo vento gelado e essa peça impede que o vento retire o calor do corpo. Usar por cima da camiseta e, quando esfriar mais, por cima do fleece. Atenção! Nem todos os corta-ventos são impermeáveis e esse detalhe facilita bastante em caso de chuva. Levei um da marca Drop.
1 gorro
Serve para esquentar suas orelhas de manhã cedo e de noite no acampamento.
1 par de luvas
Esquenta as mãos de manhã cedo e de noite no acampamento. Existe luvas do mesmo material da segunda pele que são leves e confortáveis. Não precisa ser luva de lã.
Roupa de banho
Os banhos são em rios ou jacuzzis naturais, leve roupas para não molhar as que vai utilizar nas caminhadas.
6 pares de meias
Devem ser confortáveis, anti-umidade e com proteção nas áreas sensíveis para evitar bolhas. Calcule 1 par seco por noite, pelo menos. Acredite, meias secas fazem a diferença em um lugar inóspito. Levei meias das marcas Solo e Lorpen.
